Why can't I see my tickets in my account?
All tickets will appear in your account 24 hours prior to kickoff. Until then, you will see a triangle with an exclamation point next to your ticket.
What is a “seating group”?
A seating group is the number of tickets purchased in a transaction. If through the re-seating process you select 4 seats for an upcoming match, those 4 seats will be seated together as a “seating group”. For your health and safety the next nearest group will be 12 feet away.
Does my child who is 2 or younger count towards my seating group?
A child two or younger does not need a ticket and will not count towards the seating, provided he/she sits in the lap of an accompanying adult.
What happens if I do not know my log in information to purchase tickets?
You are able to reset your password by going to www.memphis901fc.com/mytickets. You will need to enter the email address tied to your account.
I am a season ticket member, how do I know how much credit is left on my account?
You will see your credits through the purchase flow for new tickets. At checkout, there will be a checkbox to use credits instead of inputting credit card information.
When will I be able to access my tickets?
You will have access to your tickets 24 hours before the match by logging into you MyTickets Account. To expedite the entry process we suggest you download and save or screenshot your tickets prior to arriving at the stadium.
Can I purchase season tickets for all the matches?
Not at this time. We are taking things match-by-match to ensure everyone has a chance to attend a match as well as be able to adjust any policies and procedures as needed.
Will I be able to get the same seats as my season tickets?
Probably not. We have predetermined the seat locations you will be able to choose from to adhere to the 12 foot distancing guidelines. We will seat people on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be entitled to your previous seating location once all social distancing guidelines are removed.
How many seats will I be able to get?
If you are coming by yourself, you will be able to purchase a single seat on its own that we have identified. For all seating groups of two or more, you will be able to select from larger seating groups but must buy at least two seats.
What happens if I select to sit in a different section than my original season tickets? What will happen with the difference in price?
You will pay the price for the ticket in the section you select to sit in. If it is a lower price section, your credits will only be deducted by the new amount.
I use my tickets for my business, will I be able to give my tickets to employees, customers and clients?
It is very important that when you select your seats, you do so in quantities that take into account the needed social distancing for the people you will be giving the tickets to. Due to the new seating configuration to accommodate social distancing, we will not be able to move people to new locations if they are given tickets next to people they do not know or are not comfortable sitting next to.
If I decide not to come this year or are unable to attend the rescheduled matches, what do I do?
We understand that some things have changed. The good news is you don’t have to do anything. At the end of the season (regular season and playoffs) your credit will remain in your MyTickets Account and we will add 10% to your MyTickets Account ccount. You will be able to use your credit toward your 2021 Season Tickets.
Will I have my same season ticket location for the 2021 season?
You will be entitled to your previous seating location once all social distancing guidelines are removed.
How will you socially distance the seating areas?
All “seating groups” at AutoZone Park will be socially distanced 12 feet from any other group. This far exceeds the 6-foot social distance guidelines that are generally being used in other businesses and other social settings.
What other steps will be taken to keep other fans 6 feet away from me?
In addition to seating groups 12 feet apart, capacity in restrooms will be limited and monitored, standing room only areas such as drink rails and bars will be closed, social distancing markers and one-way arrows will be placed throughout the stadium to assist with line formation and traffic flow, and fans will be dismissed by row at the end of the match.
How many people will be allowed in AutoZone Park?
It all depends on the final seating configuration but approximately 1,000.
What time will gates open to fans?
Gates will open on a staggered basis, based on the last name associated with the ticket holder’s account.
Will masks be required?
Yes. Absolutely, yes.
In accordance with Memphis City Ordinance No. 5751, all fans older than 12 are required to properly wear masks while waiting to enter and while inside AutoZone Park. Per the ordinance, children 2 and younger must not wear a mask and parents/caregivers should supervise the use of masks by children ages 3-12. Fans that can show that a medical professional has advised that wearing a mask may pose a risk to their health will not be required to wear a mask.
Fans not properly wearing masks at entry will be denied admittance to AutoZone Park. Failure to properly wear a mask will result in denial of service at concession stands and possible removal from the stadium and/or revocation of future ticket privileges. Masks were a critical point in getting approval for fans, and we will need fans to adhere to this rule to continue allowing fans at matches.
What type of mask do I need to wear?
Any cloth face covering, mask or other device used to cover the nose and mouth of a person to impede the spread of saliva or other fluids during speaking, coughing, sneezing, or other intentional or involuntary action. Medical grade masks are not required; coverings may be fashioned from scarves, bandanas or other suitable fabrics. The Face Covering must cover the mouth and nose of the wearer.
How will entry into AutoZone Park be different?
Ticket holders will be assigned a designated entry gate based on seat location and suggested entry time. The suggested entry time is determined by the first letter of the last name of the ticket buyer. Entry time will be emailed after the purchase of your tickets.
We encourage all people in a seating group to arrive at the same time if possible/.
A clear bag policy will be in effect, which means that only clear bags that are 12”x6”x12” or smaller will be allowed inside the stadium. A one-gallon clear plastic bag is also acceptable. Clutch bags/purses smaller than 4.5”x6.5 do not need to be clear.
Metal detecting wands will remain in use and fans must be able to remove all items in their pockets and hold those items in their hands during the wanding process or place those items in their own clear plastic bag.
Temperature checks will be performed on all fans. Any fan with a temperature above 100.4 F will not be allowed in the stadium. Fans who are suspected to have an elevated temperature due to summer heat or walk from a vehicle will be allowed a 15-minute cooldown period.
All fans will also be asked if they have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days; are experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat; have had a fever in the last 48 hours. Fans who answer “yes” to any of those questions will be denied entrance.
How do I know what Zone I should enter in?
The gate that you are required to enter will be on your digital ticket.
What is the bag policy?
To minimize touch points and for the health and safety of our stadium staff, a clear bag policy will be in effect, which means that only clear bags that are 12”x6”x12” or smaller will be allowed inside the stadium. A one-gallon clear plastic bag is also acceptable. Clutch bags/purses smaller than 4.5”x6.5 do not need to be clear.
Will I be allowed to leave the stadium to go back to my car or to smoke?
No, due to health and safety protocols in place, re-entry will not be permitted.
Will there be designated smoking/vaping areas?
No, AutoZone Park remains a no-smoking facility. Due to health and safety protocols, re-entry at gates will not be permitted.
Will food and beverage be available?
Yes, but there will be a much smaller menu of items. All drinks (soft drinks, water, beer) will be sold only in bottles or cans. Draft beer or fountain sodas will not be sold.

Can I order food from a concession stand in a different zone in the stadium?
No, but all concession stands will be offering the same menu items, so no matter what zone you're in you will have everything available to you.
If I do not have a credit card, is there any place in the building I can use cash to purchase concession items?
No, cash will not be accepted anywhere in AutoZone Park. Debit, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay will be accepted at every concession stand in the facility. Additionally, we encourage everyone to utilize the Fan Food app to pay for food and have it delivered directly to your seat.
