MEMPHIS, Tennessee – Memphis 901 FC has signed midfielder Kadeem Dacres, pending league and federation approval, Sporting Director Tim Howard announced on Thursday.
“Kadeem will provide us with pace and a constant attacking threat on the wing as well as a high work rate,” Howard said. “His ability and high-level experience in the USL make him an exciting addition to our roster.”
Through eight seasons of USL Championship play, Dacres has made 176 appearances across multiple clubs including Arizona United (now Phoenix Rising), Louisville City SC, FC Cincinnati and, most recently, Saint Louis FC.
He has played over 10,000 minutes with 18 career goals and seven assists.
Before his professional career, Dacres played collegiate soccer at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County where he was awarded as an NSCAA All-American and American East Midfielder of the Year.
Dacres joins fellow newcomer John Berner and returners Zach Carroll, Dan Metzger and Mark Segbers as Memphis continues to build its roster for the 2021 season.
Additional news and information about the 2021 roster, schedule, tickets and more will be available in the coming weeks and months.
