Current Status

The United Soccer League, in line with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has temporarily suspended play in the Championship through Sunday, May 10.

We are taking every measure to ensure the safety of our players, staff and fans. Front Office employees continue to work from home and have been following the guidance of the Shelby County Health Department and the CDC to do our part in preventing further spread of COVID-19. We encourage everyone in our community to do the same.

All single-match, group, and season membership sales are currently on hold. Ticket operations are also currently suspended and we are unable to process any ticket requests at this time. Ticket sales and operations will resume when safe and the league communicates its plan for the continuation of the 2020 season.

We will provide additional information on ticket policies, procedures, and schedule as it becomes available. Official club updates will be provided on our web site, social channels, and by email to ticket holders.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we collectively work through this challenging time.

UPDATED: Thursday, April 30

The 2020 season has been suspended but no matches have been canceled.

As things stand today, the USL is still in a position to reschedule all matches affected by the COVID-19 crisis to date and will continue to receive guidance from public health experts, as well as a national medical task force comprised of other professional sports leagues and organizations from around the country. While a complete season remains the preferred outcome of any return to play scenario, a variety of alternative competitive formats are also being explored as the USL continues to prioritize the health and wellness of everyone involved.

The 2020 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup has also been suspended, affecting the previously scheduled Second Round match versus Chattanooga FC (NISA).
