MEMPHIS, Tennessee – Monday’s match between Memphis 901 FC and Charleston Battery has been postponed due to a mandatory evacuation warning issued by the City of Charleston ahead of the potential arrival of Hurricane Dorian in the next 48 hours.
USL Championship officials are currently working with the Battery and 901 FC to arrange a new date for Monday’s contest, which was originally scheduled to be played on July 13 but had to be postponed due to thunderstorms and lightning in the region.
901 FC next returns to AutoZone Park on Saturday for the first time since Aug. 10 for a 7:00 p.m. match against Swope Park Rangers.
