MEMPHIS, Tenn. – No. 3 Memphis 901 FC (14-10-8, 50 points–Central) will match up with the No. 2 Charlotte Independence (18-9-5, 59 points–Atlantic) in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals of the 2021 USL Championship Playoffs, Presented by Twin Spires.
The match will take place on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 6 p.m. CT at American Legion Memorial Stadium, and the match will be broadcast on ESPN+ and CW 30 Memphis.
Memphis and Charlotte have met six times between 2019 and 2020. The Independence hold a 4-1-1 advantage over Memphis in those six meetings, and the two have not met since Memphis escaped Charlotte with a 3-1 win on Sept. 26, 2020.
