Memphis, Tenn. – Memphis 901 FC announced on Friday the club signed defender Jackson Brady for the remainder of the 2022 season, pending league approval.
Brady signed a 25-day contract with the club on August 8 and has appeared in two matches as a reserve, winning four duels.
The New Zealand international joined 901 FC after a stint with the New Zealand U-23 men’s national team this summer. The defender made three starts to help New Zealand win the Pacific Games in prep for the Olympics.
Brady appeared in 16 matches as a freshman at the University of Memphis before transferring to Cal Poly, where he started in 16 games and tallied three assists in his senior season in 2021.
901 FC will head West for a match against Orange County SC on Saturday, September 3 at 9 p.m. CT.
