Memphis, Tenn. – The USL Championship on Tuesday announced the league’s Team of the Week for Week 14 of the regular season, with goalkeeper Drew Romig earning his first honor of the season.
Romig was a key part in 901 FC’s strong defensive stand in Saturday’s 3-1 victory over Louisville City FC, pushing the club’s win streak to five. The keeper made a season-high four saves on five shots on goal.
The second year shot stopper out of Belmont University has nine saves in four starts this season.
Memphis returns to AutoZone Park on Saturday, June 16 to celebrate Pride Night with a match against Detroit City FC, the first of three home matches in seven days for the Beale St. Boys.
